DuVernay's '14th' sets December 4 Netflix premiere after November theatrical run

Ava DuVernay's documentary *14th*, a follow-up to her Oscar-nominated *13th*, will premiere globally on Netflix on December 4, Variety reports. Select U.S. and U.K. cinemas begin a run on November 27. The world premiere closes the 64th New York Film Festival at Alice Tully Hall on October 9. The film examines the 14th Amendment's guarantee of due process.
