San Sebastián Sets Roskam's 'Le Faux Soir' as 2026 Closing Night Film

San Sebastián has set Michaël R. Roskam's WWII resistance drama "Le Faux Soir" as its 2026 closing film, screening out of competition at the Kursaal on 26 September after the awards ceremony. The film world-premieres at Toronto's Special Presentations section first. Goodfellas handles international sales; Cinéart releases in Benelux. Roskam, a former journalist at Belgium's De Morgen, wrote the screenplay.
