Australia coach Kevin Walters appointed St Helens head coach on three-year deal

Australia Kangaroos head coach Kevin Walters has signed a three-year contract with St Helens and will take over after the 2026 Rugby League World Cup, the club confirmed. Walters, a six-time NRL Premiership winner as a player with 11 Test caps, replaces interim boss Eamon O'Carroll. St Helens sit seventh in Super League, three games from a possible play-off miss.
