Epstein granted Ariana Grande fast-track subpoena power to compel third-party internet platforms to hand over account and login data identifying alleged hackers who stole and sold her unreleased music on the dark web. The ruling waives the standard 20-day notice period because the defendants remain unidentified. Her invasion of privacy lawsuit was filed 27 July. A status hearing is set for 25 January.
