First official catalogue counts set for Surrealists Paalen and Rahon

Official catalogue counts — the documented tally of an artist's complete body of work — have been established for Wolfgang Paalen (roughly 350–400 works) and Alice Rahon (approximately 750) for the first time, Artnet reports. Dealer Wendi Norris, who has stewarded the Leonora Carrington market since 2004, organised both counts. The figures accompany Norris's gallery show opening 10 September in San Francisco.
