Jack White invited Twin Temple after Charley Crockett dropped them over Satanic imagery; Crockett calls it political

In July, Charley Crockett dropped Twin Temple — a self-described "Satanic Doo Wop" duo — from his tour over their stage aesthetic. Jack White then invited them to open for him. Crockett told Rolling Stone the move was political and said, "I lost a lot of respect for him," accusing White of exploiting the press cycle to sell tickets. White responded on Instagram on 19 August by posting lyrics from the 1984 novelty rap "Rappin' Duke."
