McInnes backs Shankland: "too good not to score regularly"

Rangers manager Derek McInnes has backed Lawrence Shankland after one goal in five appearances since his move from Hearts. Shankland, 31, scored 22 under McInnes at Hearts last season and was handed the Ibrox captaincy. McInnes says the striker is "too good not to score regularly" and will have a "big influence" at Rangers whether or not he starts.
