Dutch Puppet Classic De Fabeltjeskrant Revived as CGI Series for MIPCOM Pitch

Dutch puppet series De Fabeltjeskrant (1968–1992), sold into 40 countries across roughly 1,600 episodes, is being revived as a CGI series. Robin de Levita Productions, the Netherlands Institute for Sound & Vision, Monks and JVDB Studios will present the new incarnation to buyers at MIPCOM in Cannes in October. No episode count, release window or target platform has been disclosed, according to Deadline.
