MS NOW sets $7.99 monthly subscription for September launch — last of three major US cable-news outlets to go direct-to-consumer

MS NOW, the Versant-owned rebrand of MSNBC, will launch its first stand-alone streaming subscription in September at $7.99/month or $79.99/year, per Variety (19 August 2026). The Membership platform offers original content, 24/7 live streams, and reporter interaction. MS NOW is the last of the three major US cable-news outlets to enter direct-to-consumer streaming, after CNN's All Access ($6.99) and Fox Nation ($8.99).
