Arsenal's Garlick breaks ranks to demand swift end to Manchester City case

Arsenal chief executive Richard Garlick has told BBC Sport that "everybody" in the Premier League wants "clarity and a speedy resolution" to the case against Manchester City, which involves more than 100 alleged financial rule breaches. City deny wrongdoing. An independent commission has yet to rule, three and a half years after the charges.
