Banijay Rights to merge with All3Media International; Pedersen exits, Payne to lead enlarged distributor

Banijay Rights is merging with All3Media International after Banijay Entertainment combined with RedBird IMI's All3 assets. All3Media International chief Louise Pedersen has left; Banijay Rights CEO Cathy Payne runs the enlarged company, Deadline reported on 19 August 2026. The deal consolidates two of the largest TV distribution operations in the international market.
