Queen Camilla reveals difficulty of keeping King Charles's cancer diagnosis secret before Palace announcement

Queen Camilla has spoken for the first time about keeping King Charles's cancer diagnosis private before Buckingham Palace announced it on 5 February 2024. In a seven-minute film marking Maggie's charity's 30th anniversary, filmed at Clarence House, she said she was "longing to let it out" during a 31 January 2024 visit to a Maggie's centre at the Royal Free Hospital.
