OMA completes its first all-affordable U.S. housing project in San Francisco

OMA, the Rotterdam-founded firm known for the CCTV Headquarters in Beijing, has completed its first 100 per cent affordable housing complex in the United States. The eight-storey, 160-home block at 730 Stanyan Street, near Golden Gate Park in San Francisco, was designed with YA Studio for non-profits CNDC and TNDC. OMA partner Jason Long led the design, selected in June 2020.
