UK tribunal green-lights blacklisting case against Rockstar; trial starts 10 September

A UK employment tribunal upheld the right of 31 fired Rockstar employees to bring blacklisting allegations against the company. The workers, all IWGB members dismissed on 30 October 2025, accuse Rockstar of union busting. Rockstar says they were fired for leaking confidential information. The full trial begins 10 September.
