McCullum removed as England red-ball coach, Fleming appointed but delayed until after Pakistan series

Brendon McCullum has been removed as England's red-ball head coach. Stephen Fleming is his replacement but will not take charge until after the Pakistan series, leaving Marcus Trescothick as interim coach. Root confirmed he has been in "constant contact" with Fleming. England's first Test against Pakistan begins at Headingley.
