Ken Russell's 'The Devils' restored version to screen at NYFF64, Warner Bros.' Clockwork releases 16 October

Ken Russell's 1971 film 'The Devils,' newly restored with originally censored material reinstated, will screen at the 64th New York Film Festival (25 September–12 October), per Deadline. Warner Bros.' boutique label Clockwork then releases it in cinemas on 16 October — the first time Russell's complete version has played theatres.
