Trump Tells Supreme Court White House Ballroom Is a "Military Complex"

After demolishing the historic East Wing, the administration told the Supreme Court its $400 million project is "a highly integrated military complex that incorporates a classical, but highly secured, ballroom." Judge Richard Leon called the resulting "large hole" beside the White House "a problem of the President's own making." Above-ground work stops August 21 unless the justices intervene.
