Paramount Theatre restoration pushes SXSW 2027 film premieres to ACL Live

SXSW 2027 film premieres will move to ACL Live at the Moody Theater, seating about 2,800, while the Paramount Theatre on Congress Avenue undergoes restoration, Variety reports. The Film & TV Conference hub shifts to the Driskill and Stephen F. Austin hotels. The festival runs March 15–21 in Austin.
