SXSW adds a dedicated podcast festival to its 2027 edition in Austin

SXSW will launch a dedicated podcast festival running March 17–21, 2027, in Austin, open to all badge holders, Billboard reported on August 18. It is the first full podcasting vertical at the event, sitting alongside the existing music, film and TV, and innovation tracks. The 2027 edition runs March 15–21.
