Peacock raises prices days after its first quarterly profit

NBCUniversal is raising Peacock prices across all tiers — Select to $8.99, Premium to $12.99, Premium Plus to $19.99 monthly — the fourth increase since the streamer's July 2020 launch, per Variety (18 August 2026). New subscribers pay more from 18 August; existing ones on or after 17 September. The hike follows Peacock's first-ever quarterly profit in Q2 2026 and 2 million net subscriber additions, reaching 48 million paid subscribers at 30 June 2026.
