Five-time Tony winner Kimberly Akimbo to make UK premiere at Hampstead Theatre

Kimberly Akimbo, winner of five Tony Awards on Broadway, makes its UK premiere at Hampstead Theatre from 28 August to 7 November — the first production outside the US. Michael Longhurst directs a cast led by three-time Olivier winner Maria Friedman as 16-year-old Kimberly Levaco, whose rare condition ages her body at four times the normal rate. Jeanine Tesori and David Lindsay-Abaire wrote the score.
