Taiwan Submits 'A Foggy Tale' for 99th Oscars International Feature Race

Taiwan's Ministry of Culture selected Chen Yu-hsun's "A Foggy Tale" as its submission for best international feature film at the 99th Academy Awards, Variety reports. Chosen from seven domestic entries by majority vote, the White Terror-era drama won four prizes at the 62nd Golden Horse Awards, including best narrative feature. Taiwan has earned three Oscar nominations in the category, all directed by Ang Lee.
