The Sun reported on 17 August 2026 that Prince Andrew rejected King Charles's invitation to join the Royal Family at Balmoral this summer. A friend of Andrew told the newspaper he feared being treated as an "outcast." No Buckingham Palace or household statement has confirmed or denied the report.
