BBC-A24's 'The Ministry of Time' casts leads, starts London filming

BBC and A24 have cast Aoife Hinds (Normal People) and Billy Howle (The Serpent) as leads of 'The Ministry of Time,' a six-part series now filming in London. Hinds plays civil servant Sophy; Howle plays Victorian polar explorer Commander Graham Gore. Alice Birch adapted Kaliane Bradley's bestselling novel. Lindsay Salt commissioned the order. A24 holds international distribution. Co-producers include ZDF, Binge, Crave and Amediateka.
