Hull FC sign Kiwi forward Isaac Liu for 2027 Super League season

Hull FC have signed New Zealand international forward Isaac Liu on a one-year deal for the 2027 Super League season, the club announced on 17 August. Liu, 35, joins from Leigh Leopards, where he was club captain. A three-time NRL Grand Final winner at Sydney Roosters, he is Hull's fourth off-season recruit. Liu cited his link with incoming head coach Steve McNamara, his former Roosters assistant, as decisive.
