Hansen says A24 used his name without real consultation on 'Primetime'

Chris Hansen told podcaster Annie Elise that A24 approached him about involvement in 'Primetime' but never consulted him; the film was already in motion before contact. Hansen suspects his name was used because "it helps in a commercial enterprise." Pattinson plays Hansen in the Lance Oppenheim-directed film, due in theatres 25 September (The Hollywood Reporter, 17 August 2026).
