Jamendo drops Suno copyright suit six weeks after filing, no reason given

Jamendo, a Winamp Group subsidiary, filed a voluntary dismissal of its copyright suit against AI music platform Suno on August 13 in the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts. The notice gave no reason and mentioned no settlement. The case was dismissed without prejudice, leaving Jamendo free to refile. Jamendo had filed an amended complaint in late July.
