Ellie Goulding sues TaP Management over undisclosed Live Nation ownership
Ellie Goulding is suing former management company TaP Management in a U.K. court, alleging founders Benedict Mawson and Edward Millett concealed Live Nation's full ownership while steering her concert, merchandise, and documentary deals toward its subsidiaries. Live Nation bought 50.1% of TaP in 2015 and the rest in 2019. Live Nation is not a defendant. Goulding, a client from 2018 to 2025, seeks unspecified damages.
