Late bloomer Zen Malik gets two-year Warwickshire extension after 99-off-46 derby win

Zen Malik, 28, signed his first professional contract with Warwickshire at the end of 2024. In June he smashed 99 off 46 balls to win the T20 derby against Worcestershire at Edgbaston. Warwickshire have now extended his deal until at least 2028. Malik said: "I never gave up hope." Head coach Ian Westwood welcomed the renewal.
