Activision requires TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot across Modern Warfare 4, Black Ops 7 and Warzone

Activision's Ricochet anti-cheat team confirmed on 17 August 2026 that PC players must enable TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot to play online modes in the Modern Warfare 4 beta, Black Ops 7, and Warzone. Previous titles restricted non-compliant players only from certain modes like Ranked Play. The policy now bars them from all online play.
