New Zealand defies Oceania confederation and refuses to back Infantino re-election

New Zealand will not vote for Gianni Infantino's re-election as FIFA president, breaking from its own Oceania confederation, which endorsed him. Mexico, Grenada and St Kitts and Nevis split from Concacaf to back him; eight Asian members did the same. The Scottish FA says it has "lost confidence" in Infantino. The election is set for March.
