Bleiberg to show first 'People of The Book' footage to TIFF buyers

Bleiberg Entertainment will present first footage of "People of The Book" to buyers at the Toronto festival market in September 2026, handling worldwide rights. The film, directed by Michael Haussman and adapted by Petter Skavlan from Geraldine Brooks's novel, wrapped in Spain and Italy. Completion is projected for end of 2026, with a major festival debut targeted for 2027.
