Hamas Accepts US Gaza Framework With Conditions; Netanyahu Rejects It Before Kushner Talks

Hamas conditionally accepted a US-backed 15-point Gaza plan requiring its disarmament and handover of governance to an international force, contingent on Israel withdrawing and halting attacks.
