Deluxe embeds staff inside Tohokushinsha's Tokyo HQ for Asia-Pacific localisation push

Deluxe Media, owned by Platinum Equity and led by CEO Cyril Drabinsky, has opened a Japan office inside Tohokushinsha Film Corporation's Tokyo headquarters, Variety reported on 17 August 2026. The non-exclusive partnership pairs Deluxe's global post-production footprint with Tohokushinsha's six decades of Japanese localisation work to compete for dubbing and subtitling across Asia-Pacific.
