Fourth plaintiff joins xAI Grok CSAM lawsuit, citing 7,000 images from childhood photos

A Wyoming woman joined the xAI class action on August 17, 2026, alleging her stepfather used Grok to generate over 7,000 explicit images from her childhood photos, including one at age 11. Law enforcement raided his devices for CSAM; two days later he was found dead by suicide. Three teenage plaintiffs filed the original suit in March.
