McIlroy finishes 66th in Memphis, 25 shots behind Scheffler, and says he feels 'lost'
Rory McIlroy finished 66th of 68 at the FedEx St Jude Championship at TPC Southwind, 25 strokes behind winner Scottie Scheffler's 17-under total. McIlroy shot eight over, failed to break par in any round, and ranked 62nd of 68 in strokes gained from tee to green. "Almost felt like the more the week went on, the more I felt lost with the golf swing a little bit," he said. He had not played competitively since the Open Championship in July. McIlroy remains 13th in the FedEx Cup standings, keeping his playoff hopes alive.
