Oliveira wins Volta a Portugal final stage in home city Porto, dedicates victory to Tarling's family

Rui Oliveira (UAE Team Emirates) sprinted to victory on stage 10 of the Volta a Portugal, a cobbled climb in his native Porto, and dedicated the win to the family of Finlay Tarling, 19, who died after a crash on stage eight. Riders wore black armbands; the final two stages went ahead with Tarling's family's blessing. Alexis Guerin secured overall victory.
