'Borges and Me' premieres at Edinburgh with no distribution deal attached

Marc Turtletaub's 'Borges and Me' had its world premiere at the Edinburgh International Film Festival on 15 August 2026. No distribution deal has been set. The film — starring Fionn Whitehead and Luis Gnecco, adapting Jay Parini's memoir — is seeking buyers out of its festival bow, according to Deadline.
