Locarno Open Doors awards grant to Kiki Gyan documentary 'Too Much Music'

Aseye Fiagbe's feature documentary "Too Much Music," about Ghanaian keyboardist Kiki Gyan — who joined Osibisa at 15 and shaped African disco and funk — won one of three Open Doors Grants at the 2026 Locarno Film Festival, The Hollywood Reporter reports (16 August 2026). Fiagbe produces via her Ghana-based studio. No distributor or release date is attached.
