NSN Development team withdraws from Volta a Portugal after rider Finlay Tarling's death

NSN Development withdrew from all remaining Volta a Portugal stages on 15 August, a day after 19-year-old Briton Finlay Tarling died in a collision with an oncoming vehicle during stage eight. The race resumed with a tribute before the start. NSN's WorldTour team will continue racing with Tarling's parents' support. Portuguese authorities are investigating.
