Romy and Michele Sequel Skips Theatres for Hulu and Disney+

The sequel to Romy and Michele's High School Reunion will stream exclusively as a Hulu Original on Hulu and Disney+, Disney confirmed at D23 on 15 August 2026. The 1997 original opened in theatres. The sequel, now in production under 20th Century Studios, sends the property to Disney's own platforms instead of cinemas.
