Pixar Reveals First 'Coco 2' Concept Art, Sets November 2029 Release

Pixar revealed the first concept art for 'Coco 2' at Disney's D23 event on 15 August 2026, showing a teenage Miguel alongside his dog Dante, Variety reports. The sequel is set for theatrical release in November 2029. Lee Unkrich, who retired from Pixar in 2019, returns to direct with Adrian Molina. The original 'Coco' grossed over $800 million worldwide and won two Oscars.
