Live Nation settles undisclosed terms in concert-brawl brain-injury lawsuit

Live Nation has settled a federal lawsuit by concertgoer Gary Stanhope, who said he suffered a traumatic brain injury during a 2022 Luke Bryan concert brawl in Hartford. Terms were not disclosed in court filings. The case tested a promoter's legal duty when crowd violence erupts; a judge had ruled a jury could find Live Nation liable despite 116 security guards on site.
