Eurovision Proposes Online-Only Voting Overhaul to Curb Tactical Voting

The EBU has written to members proposing Eurovision voting go fully online, requiring viewers to select three acts instead of casting up to 10 votes for one entry. The EBU called politically motivated voting "persistent" and "deeply worrying." The push follows Israel's 2025 surge from 15th in jury voting to second overall via the public televote, after its government encouraged multiple-vote registration.
