Sheikh Zayed Book Award accepts PDF submissions for first time

The Sheikh Zayed Book Award will accept PDF copies of nominated works for the first time in its 21-year history, the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Centre confirmed. Entrants previously had to ship printed books to Abu Dhabi. Submissions close 1 September 2026 across ten categories via alcawards.ae/en. Several categories accept works in English, German, French, Italian or Spanish.
