Incoming Towner Eastbourne director to lead Black Robin Farm expansion backed by £750,000

Martin Clark, named director and chief executive of Towner Eastbourne on 14 August 2026, will lead the Towner Seven Sisters scheme at Black Robin Farm — a planned culture and education centre in the South Downs National Park, delivered with Eastbourne Borough Council. Construction is set to begin in early 2027. Arts Council England awarded £750,000; the UK government's levelling up fund also contributed. Clark takes up the post in January 2027.
