Guy Sebastian settles nine-year Federal Court case against ex-manager Titus Day

Guy Sebastian settled his Federal Court claim against former manager Titus Day through a confidential agreement, ending a dispute that ran nearly a decade. Sebastian's lawyer Mark Faraday confirmed a "compromise." Day admitted making "a number of regrettable decisions which have had painful consequences" and acknowledged he was a poor steward of Sebastian's income. Day's 2022 embezzlement convictions were quashed on appeal.
