Tyler Duckworth, two-time Challenge champion and Real World cast member, dies at 44

Tyler Duckworth, a two-time champion on MTV's The Challenge and cast member of The Real World: Key West, has died in North Dakota at age 44. His mother Joni announced the death on Facebook; the cause has yet to be determined. Duckworth competed across six seasons of The Challenge, winning Cutthroat and Rivals. His last public appearance was a Challenge Mania fan event in Minneapolis on 31 July. Variety confirmed the news on 13 August 2026.
