OpenAI sees wave of senior executive departures ahead of potential IPO

OpenAI's CRO Denise Dresser departed August 13 after eight months, replaced by Wiz president Dali Rajic. She joins former COO Brad Lightcap, former AGI chief Fidji Simo, and former CMO Kate Rouch in a string of senior exits following OpenAI's confidential S-1 IPO filing in June 2026. Enterprise revenue topped 40% of OpenAI's total as of April 2026.
