Rangers have agreed a £6.5m deal for PSV Eindhoven winger Couhaib Driouech, the BBC reports. The 24-year-old Moroccan watched Wednesday's match at Ibrox and is expected to complete the move on Friday. He scored nine goals and eight assists in 40 appearances last season, though he started just once in PSV's eight Champions League outings.
